4. Subscription and Fees

Witvo may offer various subscription plans for the use of the POS app. The fees, features, and subscription terms will be disclosed to you at the time of purchase.

• Billing: You agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription plan you select. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
• Renewals: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

5. Payment Processing

The Witvo POS app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. All warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Witvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Witvo, its licensors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
